We are looking for a Salesforce Admin with strong business acumen. This role goes beyond traditional admin responsibilities and focuses on understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and implementing effective Salesforce solutions. You will play a key role in optimizing our Salesforce system across multiple domains, working closely with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. What You Will Do Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to gather business needs and translate them into Salesforce implementations Administer and configure Salesforce, ensuring seamless workflows, automation, and system enhancements Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows to streamline business processes Implement and support Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of Salesforce features Maintain system integrity and ensure data consistency across Salesforce applications Who You Are 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Product Owner, Salesforce Solution Architect, or Salesforce Business Analyst Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, administration, and configuration Experience with Sales Cloud and ability to create/manage flows, automation, and business processes within Salesforce Ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand operational challenges and propose system improvements. Strong communication skills to act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions You thrive in a fast-paced and high-performance environment Nice to Have Hands-on experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
