Required
* Experience in assisting at management level and extensive routine in planning, coordination and interface activities as well as the ability to organize many different tasks in parallel
* Quick comprehension, hands-on mentality, marketing affinity and strong communication skills
* Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a clerk (m/f/d) for office management
* Structured and independent working methods, a professional appearance, service orientation and discretion
