Your responsibilities
* Responsibility for planning and realization of construction projects with a focus on interior fittings
* Traveling to and supervising of clients’ construction sites to ensure the project follows the plan and timelines
* Monitoring the interior fit-out regarding occupational safety, costs, deadlines and quality
* Management of the contractors and interface coordination between the trades and the companies working on site, also using lean methodology
* Scheduling, controlling and monitoring as well as quality control and assurance
* Responsibility for cost and supplement management
* Carrying out VOB-compliant invoicing
* Contributing to the execution of projects in general construction management format
Our requirements
* Completed studies (TH, FH or university) as an architect or civil engineer or completed vocational training including further training as a construction technician (specializing in interior construction)
* Around 3 years of professional experience in interior construction in the above-mentioned field of activity and a pronounced economic thinking and acting
* Sound technical knowledge of the relevant laws and standards (e.g. BayBO, HOAI, VOB, DIN standards)
* Analytical skills, ability to work independently as well as cooperation and communication skills
* Good computer skills
* Flexibility and willingness to travel (up to 80%) as well as a class B driver's license
* Fluent German language knowledge and communicative English skills

Job description
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be the lead on building construction projects for Diebold Nixdorf clients in the financial services. You will supervise structural projects in the planning and implementation phase either in the central, northern, or southern parts of Germany (depending on the project you are assigned to).
