Your Role: As the Service Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the service department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer support. Your responsibilities will include: Service & Repair Coordination - Process repair orders, manage cost estimates, and maintain service status reports. Customer Interaction - Handle incoming customer requests, provide updates on orders, and assist with quotations. Logistics & Documentation - Prepare shipping and customs paperwork in compliance with regulations. Database Management - Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ERP systems. Team Support - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, assist colleagues during high-volume periods, and support continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring: Education : Associate degree or equivalent ("kaufmännische Ausbildung" or similar). Experience : At least 3 years in an office environment with a strong background in administrative support. Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel) and familiarity with office equipment. CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) is a plus.
