The Strategic Account Director will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key accounts in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a focus on developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts.
What You'll Do:
* Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts across EMEA
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Negotiate and close deals
* Develop and execute sales strategies
* Monitor and report on sales performance
* Provide customer service and support
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Work Experience
What You've Done:
* 5+ years of successful Account Management/Sales with SaaS B2B solutions
* Industry experience selling HR/Talent Management/Talent Acquisition solutions or related technologies
* Proven B2B SaaS Account Management experience selling into global, multinational Enterprise Accounts
* Demonstrated success with growth and retention of customers
* Curiosity, the ability to dive deeper and ask questions to enhance customer intimacy
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to quickly grasp and explain technical and business concepts
* Fluent in English and preferably another language (German & Dutch)
