Your responsibilities will be triple:
1. Management of the entire business life cycle management
2. Management of the talent acquisition process
3. Management of a team of consultants
Your missions will be:
* Clients and candidates sourcing
* Sales and recruitment strategy definition
* Set up, lead and conduct business meetings with key decision-makers in the Industry
* Set up, lead and conduct first and second interviews with future consultants holding an engineering or PhD degrees
* Negotiate contractual terms with your clients and your candidates
* Signature of full-time contracts with your consultants
* Career plans management
* People management
* Business unit management

Here is what you need to have in your backpack to make this job an adventure with us:
* Native in German
* MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration. Alternatively, Engineer with a strong appetite for Business Development
* You have between 0-3 years'experience
* Strong interest in Business Development, Entrepreneurship and Engineering
* Strong communication and ability to communicate complex information in simple terms
