Job Description About your tasks: Commercial Ownership: Drive commercial performance of the service by creating sales strategies, financial forecasts, identifying revenue and cost enhancement opportunities. Operational Excellence: Design and implement efficient processes and workflows to support the services’ delivery, commercial impact and scalability. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the key stakeholder contact for the service, facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment between cross-departmental teams like marketing, commercial, pharma, and legal. KPI Management: Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data insights to make strategic improvements & decisions. Risk and Compliance Management: Ensure compliance by proactively addressing challenges and ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory and organizational standards.
