Technical Support Manager (m/f/d) Samsung Wallet & Digital (Car) Key Certification

Role and Responsibilities
Technical Support for Samsung Wallet in Europe
1. Provide technical support for Samsung Wallet in Europe and other related services, assisting users with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and guidance on product usage.
2. Collaborate with development teams (in Samsung and Partners) to identify and address technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
3. Develop and maintain technical support documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles, to enhance user self-service capabilities.
4. Continuously monitor service performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive measures to enhance user experience.
Digital (Car) Key Certification
5. Understand CCC (Car Connectivity Consortium) Certification procedure & requirements to obtain certification for each CCC modules
6. Construct a plan and estimate the time and expenses needed for certification, etc. in order to work with various certification labs and handle general certification management.
7. Evaluate the practicality of implementing certification approval/deprecation/withdrawal policies for devices and establish company policies accordingly.
8. Establish management policies that take into account the scope/cycle of software updates for each module within the company, including re-certification.
9. Follow the entire certification procedure aligned with CCC to certify our car key supported devices.
Skills and Qualifications
10. University degree in software engineering
11. Multiple years of experience in software development. Having proficiency in web technologies, especially API communication, is a must, with a desirable understanding of Android app development and the ability to analyze logs.
12. Having experience in technical support for (Samsung) Wallet or similar services is beneficial.
13. Understanding and managing the entire certification processes, as well as having a thorough understanding of related documentation and procedures, is a requirement.
14. Outstanding communication abilities in English and ideally Korean and/or German
