Join us as a Program Manager (m/f/d) for a strategic project aimed at enhancing the software delivery of our hospital information system, ORBIS, for our largest implementation project with the Lower Austria Hospitals (NÖ Landeskliniken).
In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that customer requirements are meticulously met within specified timelines and scope, thereby guaranteeing the successful Go-Live of the Lower Austria Hospitals, slated to commence in 2025. You will be part of the product organization and will work in close collaboration with product managers, project management and development teams, including direct customer liaison.You'll be at the forefront of driving impactful change and innovation within our organization
Yourtasks:
1. Requirement Analysis and Timeline Evaluation: Thoroughly analyze the requirements and timelines specific to the Lower Austria Hospitals, ensuring alignment with project objectives and milestones.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Organize and facilitatemeetingswithkeystakeholders, includingProduct Managers, UX specialists, Country Product Management teams, customers, and end-users, torefineunderstandingofrequirements and fostercollaboration.
3. Initiative Moderation: Lead key initiatives withintheproductbusinessunit, ensuringalignmentwithprojectgoals and strategicobjectives.
4. On-Site Workshops and Activities: Coordinate potential on-site workshopswith end-users and colleaguesfromvariousdepartmentsasrequestedbyProduct Managers or UX specialists, facilitatinghands-on engagement and knowledgesharing.
5. SequentialDelivery Plan: Define and agree upon a sequentialdelivery plan, includingphasedapproaches and minimal scoperequirementsforthe initial Go-Live, in collaborationwiththecustomer and DACH deliveryteam.
6. Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor development and deliveryprogressaccordingtopre-definedtimelines and deliverystages. Create Lower Market Requirements in collaborationwiththeproductmanagementorganization and establish a JIRA Dashboardto track progress on requirementsdelivery.
7. Communication and Status Meetings: Drive follow-up and statusmeetingstoensureeffectivecommunicationofprojectstatusbothinternally and externally. Identifyanystumblingblocks and implementactionplans, includingnecessaryescalations and communications.
8. Escalation Management: Serveasthesingleentrypointforproductorganizationescalationsfromthecustomer, such asblockingdefectsorperformanceissues, and defineappropriatecoursesofaction.
9. Pre-Go-Live Preparation: Ensurethoroughcommunicationofanylast-minute issues and organizenecessaryactionplanstosecure Go-Live operations, includingclosetracking and processingofincomingdefects.
10. Post-Go-Live Monitoring and Support: Monitor post-Go-Live situations and gather feedback from each hospital and other key deployments, facilitating ongoing support and "Nachbetreuung" as needed.
You bring along:
11. Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar
12. 3-5 years of experience in technical program management, preferably in a related industry(software and/or healthcare)
13. Advanced knowledge of the full life cycle of product development
14. Experience in software product development planning is an advantage
15. Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues
16. Ability to keep up with advancements in technical product development
17. Recognized skills in leading project teams
18. Quick comprehension, analytical skills, independent and goal-oriented way of working
19. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
20. Fluency in German is mandatory, given the global scope of Dedalus, a proficient level In English (min. B2) isrequired
