YOUR MISSION!
As Head of Sales (f/m/d) you will take our sales team to the next level and play a crucial role in our mission to make plancraft the number 1 SaaS solution for tradespeople.

Your mission is to build a high-performance sales team that not only sells software to tradespeople, but also paves the way to a life with more freedom for craft businesses. Key Responsibilities:
* 360° Sales: You will be responsible for the sales process from start to finish and the entire sales team, including pipeline management, deal reviews, participation in events and much more
* Sales Management: You will further expand our sales team and create a collaborative sales culture. You will also ensure that everyone is equipped with the necessary tools, processes and systems to achieve our ambitious goals
* Sales Capacity Planning & Forecasting: As part of the management you are responsible for the development of sales planning & forecasts, setting up the right incentive structures and finding a good balance between inbound and outbound sales motions
* KPI Watch: In sales, we are naturally driven by our KPIs, and you will also keep a constant eye on them together with our Revenue Operations team and thus contribute to plancraft's growth
* Go-to-Market Strategy: You work closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Product to further develop our go-to-market strategy and drive new initiatives
Salary: The salary for this position ranges between €90,000 and €120,000 per year, depending on your experience (regarding base salary) and your performance (regarding OTE). You will be granted shares to participate from the long-term success we are together working for.

Must Haves
* You have +5 years of professional experience in B2B SaaS sales and ideally managed a team for 2-3 years
* You are really keen to accompany the trade into the digital age with the help of plancraft
* The daily contact with different people makes you happy, you're an outstanding communicator and have successfully achieved your sales targets thanks to your empathy and willpower
* You think and act entrepreneurially, independently and have the ability to break down complex problems and targets and work on them strategically
* You have already gotten to know and love dynamic, rapidly changing working environments (start-up).
* Making decisions with data is in your nature and you know Hubspot in your sleep
* German (C2) || English (B2)

* You are familiar with the latest technologies in the sales tech stack and love to test out the latest trends
