This is a hybrid role with onsite component in Ghent, Belgium. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary liaison between customers, drivers, and dealers to swiftly resolve breakdown issues and facilitate vehicle uptime. - Manage breakdown cases across Europe, communicating fluently in the customer's native language and efficiently navigating designated systems for essential information. - Prioritize customer needs and adhere to established breakdown processes with meticulous attention to detail. - Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach in all interactions. - Foster a positive, proactive attitude, continually striving to exceed expectations and contribute to team success. - Embrace a culture of continuous learning, supporting team development and sharing knowledge. - Maintain flexibility to work within a rotational shift system. For this position, one (either number 1 or number 2) of the following language combinations is required: 1. Highly proficient in English with at least two of the following languages: Polish, Czech, Lithuanian, German. Other Eastern European languages are considered a plus 2.
