Your prospective job:
For our client, a multinational IT company, we are looking for you as a Program Manager AI - Skilling Advisor (m/f/d). Our client is one of the the largest vendor of computer software in the world. It is also a leading provider of cloud computing services, video games, computer and gaming hardware, search and other online services.
Your responsibilities:
- Work closely with partner nonprofit organizations in Germany to analyze their skilling needs and create comprehensive training plans, in partnership with Training Service Partners, with a focus on AI fluency, Copilot for M365, Azure Open AI, and Security.
- Cultivate effective relationships with partner organizations throughout their AI journey.
- Evangelize complex programs to stakeholders and partner organizations to gain buy in.
- Collect and track success criteria and performance metrics (e.g., Objectives and Key Results [OKRs] and Key Performance Indicators [KPIs]).
- Leverage data and performance metrics to demonstrate the value of the program and show business impact.
- Adapt communication style and storytelling strategy according to audience and business needs.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of training opportunities. Regularly forecast and track potential engagements, aligning them with strategic priorities of program teams, field teams and partner organizations.
- Work with cross-functional (e.g., organizational, program, business) stakeholders (e.g., Engineering) to design compliant, complex programs from initiation to delivery with minimal coaching.
- Produce and/or leverage collateral (e.g., proposals, strategy walking deck, internal and external pitch content) to incorporate stakeholder needs and ensure the business objectives are met.
- Use data analytics (e.g., scenario analyses) to provide input into insights and training that help identify current and future program risks and mitigation plans, as well as opportunities to streamline and optimize programs based on lessons learned.
Your profile:
- Proven expertise in Microsoft skilling content, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure, Azure Data and AI, Fabric, and other related technologies.
- Background in AI with the ability to convey key messages to both a technical and business C-level audience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective skilling strategies.
- A track record of successful partner engagement and support.
- Fluency in speaking and excellent writing skills in German (C2) is mandatory.
- Residence in Germany is mandatory.
- Fluency in English (C1).
- Fluency in speaking Dutch and/or French is a bonus.
- Strong organizational and event management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
