We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our sales team in Berlin. As an Account Executive, you will nurture and activate leads generated by our Sales Development Reps and Marketing campaigns and bring new customers on board. Our clients need someone who is dedicated, full of enthusiasm and truly enjoys working with people.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Have discovery conversations with potential prospects in order to properly position Lightspeed as their solution
2. Conduct in depth product demos
3. Manage multiple sales cycles from initial conversations to activation
4. Leverage other lead opportunities when time permits to support your pipeline
And a little bit of....
5. Work on other sales/marketing campaigns designed to improve the customer experience as well as grow Lightspeed MRR in the process.
6. Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role
What you need to bring:
7. First experience in a 360 selling environment or as an Sales Development Representative
8. Relevant work experience in an industry like IT solutions, software sales, telecommunications, e-commerce, cloud applications, SaaS, POS, hospitality or technology.
9. Experience working in a hospitality environment would be great, but isn’t necessary.
10. Experience in an outbound sales environment is a strong plus
