Aufgaben As HR People Operations Manager (m/f/x) you will be the contact person for all technical and administrative personnel-related issues. In this role you will Run payroll as well as create employment contracts, references, certificates and other relevant documents Maintain HR master data and keep personnel files Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of colleagues Participate in applicant management / recruiting Provide support in all HR areas Correspondence with the relevant contact persons (employees / managers) Maintenance, revision and preparation of Excel evaluations Further administrative activities as required Qualifikation Completed administrative training, ideally with additional qualification for human resources work or comparable qualification Ideally work experience in human resources Sound knowledge of labor, tax and social security law as well as experience in personnel administration Strong personal responsibility, high quality awareness, commitment as well as distinct communication skills across all levels and discretion Organizational skills as well as an independent and structured way of working High level of self-motivation and solution-oriented thinking Fluent in written and spoken German and English Confident handling of MS Office programs (esp.
