As an Onsite Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering "Wow" experiences to our users in Minden. In this 2nd Level Support role, you'll handle tickets and utilize your service-oriented approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
* Act as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries and issues, providing creative solutions that leave users smiling.
* Take ownership of deploying and maintaining IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
* Handle hardware/software installations, network configurations, and actively participate in IT projects like rollouts, migrations, and hands-on support.
* Analyze and document system and application errors effectively.
What you'll need:
* Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or 2 years of experience in IT support.
* Experience working with the Microsoft environment.
* Familiarity with ticketing systems.
* Strong communication skills with fluent German (C1) and good English language proficiency for daily use.
