Responsibilities
1. Coordination of esp. strategic HR topics & processes with relevance for the whole division
2. Identification and coordination of cross-locational issues, consulting divisional management, ensuring / making necessary decisions
3. Establish strategic workforce planning, ensure implementation of operative activities and monitoring for the division
4. Functional leadership of divisional HR organization, ensuring information flow and adherence to general guidelines
5. Responsible of the recruiting process for key positions for internal and external candidates as well as coordinating recruitment process divisional General Manager positions performed by Corporate HR
6. Responsible for talent nomination, talent retention and succession planning within division in alignment with CoE and talent management
7. Ensuring of comparable position classification and compensation policy across division as well as selection of benefits for the division on the basis of the Group benefits portfolio provided by CoE
8. Execution and integration of HR topics within M&A transactions (processing of Due Diligence within CoE) as well as organizational restructuring within the Division
9. Functional management of the global ECKART HR teams by coordinating common topics and managing the resources of the HR department
