Based in Munich and reporting to the Global People & Culture Head, the Learning & Talent Development role at Allianz Reinsurance is pivotal in shaping the organization's approach to lifelong learning and employee growth and development. This position is responsible for developing and implementing essential processes and activities that support continuous learning. Additionally, it involves steering the we@Re initiatives and community activities for Allianz Reinsurance, ensuring they align with the business strategy and adhere to Allianz Group standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Contributing to the organization’s success by supporting the Allianz Re management team and business leaders in strengthening the leadership and functional capabilities within their teams.
* Delivering impactful, tailored learning and development programs aligned with Allianz Re's strategic goals, including Strengths Based Leadership, Mentoring, Mobility, Executive Assistant Program, we@Re, and Thrive.
* Tracking and advancing the progress of Allianz Leadership program #LEAD at Allianz Re.
* Championing the global we@Re initiative to cultivate a culture of lifelong learning.
* Collaborating with HR Business Partners to advise line managers on boosting team performance and engagement.
* Strategically analyzing and recommending solutions to enhance mobility within Allianz Re and across the organization.
* Measuring learning KPIs and taking adequate measures.
* Contributing to global HR metrics and employee engagement surveys.
Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR, ideally in Talent Management and Learning, within a global business environment. Preferably with a background in coaching.
* Education: University degree in Business Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Project Management: Solid experience with a focus on agile methodologies.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Confident in collaborating with senior stakeholders across diverse business areas.
* HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of change and HR management concepts, tools, and techniques, particularly in leadership, cultural/behavioral change, career management, performance management, and training & development.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in IT tools such as M365, SAP HR, Success Factors, etc.
* Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, coupled with a can-do attitude and growth mindset.
* Consultative Approach: Strong problem-solving skills with effective networking and relationship-building capabilities.
* Analytical Skills: Solid conceptual thinking with a structured methodological approach.
* Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and to challenge the status quo.
