As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
* Anticipating and meeting the evolving needs of the organization
* Serving as the point of contact to respond and resolve HR-related inquiries
* Managing Associate disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations for assigned locations, functions, or departments
* Supporting and managing the employee performance review process
* Communicating, implementing, and managing new HR or office policies and processes as required
* Organizing and conducting new employee orientation as designated

For this role, we are looking for someone who has:
* Strong experience working in human resources and experience with German works council
* Experience working in the medical device industry or a keen interest in joining the life sciences industry
* Experience with German labour and employment laws

As part of this role, you will be working with the international HR team, meaning you will be based in their German offices in Frankfurt.
