YOUR MISSION As Senior Product Manager, you’ll work closely with the VP of Product, and the game teams in Stillfront’s studios to identify opportunities, drive product excellence, and elevate the performance of games across our portfolio. You will: Provide hands-on support to game teams in all parts of the lifecycle from soft launch to LiveOps. This includes audits of live games, spotting opportunities for improvement and guiding the execution of turnaround strategies. Foster product knowledge sharing and synergy across Stillfront’s portfolio of studios. Partner with game analytics and product teams to build robust A/B test plans and evaluate outcomes. Support the development of best practices and playbooks informed by industry insights and learnings from across our games portfolio. Contribute to the growth of the broader Stillfront product ecosystem through cross-studio collaboration. YOUR BACKSTORY 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on F2P mobile games, live operations and game performance. Proven ability to manage product lifecycles from concept to execution, including feature development, optimization, and post-launch support. Deep understanding of game economies, engagement loops, and monetization strategies. Analytical and data-driven, comfortable interpreting metrics and turning insights into action. Effective collaborator and communicator, able to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Passionate about player experience and latest gaming trends. Adaptable, hands-on, and solutions-oriented. Fluency in English, with experience working in global, cross-functional, and multicultural teams. Stillfront Group is a global gaming company.
