We are seeking an experienced leader to head the Business Excellence & Reporting team within our Green Energy Markets division. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful change in the field of renewable energy markets.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the Business Excellence & Reporting team, ensuring excellence in analyzing and steering renewable power and gas performance and profit-and-loss statements in close alignment with the Sourcing and Trading team.
* Coordinate and facilitate J-SOX compliance for the GEM division, a crucial operational and compliance task.
* Implement energy balance sheet initiatives and ensure correct reporting in collaboration with GEM and Finance teams.
* Identify and lead improvement initiatives and digitization projects across the GEM division and with stakeholders.
* Support and motivate team members in their individual development and growth plans.
* Thrive in an international environment and possess excellent stakeholder management skills.
About You:
* Bachelor's or master's degree with strong commercial experience and acumen.
* Several years of experience in leading a skilled team through transparent communication, empowerment, and clear direction.
* High level of data affinity, project management skills, and fact-based decision making.
* Strong experience in commodity pricing, PnL reporting, and steering opportunities/risks.
* Experience in energy markets and good understanding of energy flows and interfaces.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative approach to problem-solving and open communication.
* Fluency in German and English (mandatory).
