We are currently looking for a new member for the Shopping Centre Management team to join us in the position of Shopping Centre Manager - Europa Galerie Saarb, Germany.
Working Place: Europa- Galerie
Requirements:
* Degree in Management / Economics (preferential) or a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar position
* 3 to 5 years previous experience in managing a branch business; strong commercial experience
* Fluent in English
* Proven experience in managing and motivating teams of up to 5 people
* Strong communication and influencing skills
* Good networker
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Well-developed business and financial analysis skills with strong customer and business awareness
Responsibilities:
* To ensure the management and proper running of the Shopping Centre, maximizing the value of the property, guaranteeing the best possible return on investment;
* Manage the budget of common expenses in all their variants – technical, marketing and administrative – attempting to take advantage of the existing synergies to lower the total operating costs of the Shopping Centre;
* Prepare and implement, with support from the Central Marketing Department, the Annual Marketing Plan and Budget;
* Manage the service agreements, namely those related to safety and security, cleaning and maintenance of the premises and equipment; Support the preparation of the Service Charge Balance
* Analyze the evolution of the shopkeepers’ sales, for the purpose of recognizing the possible chances of replacement and/or entry of new shops;
* Manage the rental of common spaces;
* Coordinate and supervise the teams auditing the shops’ sales;
* Assure that all the environmental legal requirements and Sonae Sierra’s practices are fulfilled, and Safety and Health standards are in place.
