About the Job
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Growth Marketing (m/f/d) to strengthen our Marketing team, report to the CMO and to partner with our clients and translate their unique business objectives into actionable project plans.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on developing and executing marketing strategies across various organic and paid channels, tailored to diverse company models, industries, and geographies. A key aspect of your role will be fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment on objectives, and collaboration to drive impactful results.
Our Marketing team includes a group of curious, data-driven experts who help our portfolio companies grow their userbase. The team covers all areas of programmatic paid media, customer engagement tactics, demand generation, marketing automation & MarTech, and Marketing Ops.

In this role, you’ll:
* Design and execute data-driven marketing strategies across multiple growth channels (organic and paid)
* Manage campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and more, focusing on metrics like ROI, ROAS, and CPA
* Develop best-in-class account structures and strategies to achieve business goals, evaluate performance by conducting analysis, and create reports that support both past and future data-driven actions and hypotheses
* Liaise and communicate with diverse stakeholders (internal and external) in a convincing and effective manner about campaign and market development
* Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate measurement (tracking and reporting), work together on advanced analysis, and brainstorm innovative automation solutions
Your Profile
* 5–7 years of experience in B2B and B2C growth marketing, ideally in an agency or consulting environment.
* An excellent understanding of managing multichannel marketing campaigns and platforms, including social, search, and programmatic advertising
* Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking implementation and attribution models
* Network naturally with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and to collaborate with different teams, bridging marketing, sales, product, and data functions
* Adapt to fast-paced environments and challenging situations, learn quickly, and set new standards through hypothesis-driven approaches
* Motivation to challenge the status quo and set new standards
* Willingness to travel frequently and regularly (within Europe and to the United Kingdom)
* Excellent communication skills with business-fluent German and English; additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Danish, or Swedish are a plus
Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlinoffice. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
