Service Data Operations Specialist require a good understanding and educational foundation coupled with industry-specific or specialized technical training. Proficiency in IBM MAXIMO and IBM COGNOS is preferred, alongside dedication to delivering exceptional service. Your ability to interpret and manipulate data, combined with fluent business English skills, will be essential for success in managing and optimizing service data operations.

Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.
What you will be doing
With this exciting opportunity you will get a chance to:
1. Identify, Introduce, and Improve Data Supply Chains: Identify data gaps and new data sources; design, develop, test, and maintain data supply chains.
2. Participate in the Entire Project Lifecycle: Engage in requirement analysis, effort estimation, implementation, governance, and global coordination.
3. Support Reporting and Governance Meetings: Communicate and collaborate in global data governance meetings to support reporting.
4. Data Management and Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality, integrity, availability, completeness, and timeliness; minimize manual tasks and errors.
5. Operate and Maintain Data Management System: Collect and process raw data into usable information for evaluations, optimization, and decision-making.
6. Support and Guide Employees: Assist less experienced employees; conduct training sessions in data and governance.

To be successful in this role you will need to:
7. Have a strong educational background with a completed university education and extensive industry-specific experience, or a specialized technical school education with long-term industry-specific experience and specialized knowledge.
8. Ideally be proficient in IBM MAXIMO and IBM COGNOS.
9. Exhibit a commitment to providing exceptional service.
10. Be data savvy with the ability to work with and interpret data.
11. Have business-fluent English skills.
