Responsibilities You own, develop, and execute the sales strategy for specific segments focused on new business and expansion while aligning closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and overall company goals. You lead and manage an international sales team, overseeing performance across multiple countries and offices to achieve growth targets. You take a proactive approach to developing and empowering talent as a hands-on sales leader, coaching high-performing sales teams to achieve and exceed their targets. You engage directly with customers and prospects to uncover strategies for expanding into new geographies, contributing to geo-expansion and business growth. You closely align with key stakeholders, including Professional Services, DemandGen, and Customer Success, while monitoring market trends and customer feedback across regions to refine customer acquisition strategies and support product development. You leverage your SaaS sales expertise to optimize sales operations globally and implement the processes needed for a high-performing commercial team.
