About the Role As a Revenue Enablement Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing the tech stack, data insights, and reporting that drive the success of our revenue teams. You will be responsible for managing sales enablement tools, analyzing onboarding and training effectiveness, and delivering insights that improve productivity across SDRs, BDRs, AEs, AMs, SEs, and PSS. This role sits at the intersection of technology, enablement, and analytics—helping ensure our revenue teams have the right tools, data, and processes to maximize performance and drive business impact. Location - Berlin, Germany What You'll be Doing Sales Enablement Tools Management : Administer and optimize sales enablement platforms Support the integration and effectiveness of learning management systems (LMS) and sales readiness tools Ensure seamless access, content organization, and adoption of enablement tools across all revenue teams Insights & Analytics : Track and analyze onboarding and training program effectiveness, including ramp time, engagement, and skill development Develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into sales performance and enablement impact Partner with sales operations to align enablement metrics with overall revenue performance KPIs Process Optimization & Support: Collaborate with enablement leaders to refine and automate reporting processes Identify trends and gaps in tool usage, content engagement, and seller proficiency Assist in standardizing enablement data collection and analysis for ongoing improvement Collaboration & Enablement Support : Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure enablement tools and insights align with business needs Provide enablement tool training and best practices to revenue teams to drive adoption and efficiency Support enablement leaders in designing data-driven recommendations for training programs and process improvements Other duties as needed About You 2-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, business intelligence, or a related field Experience managing sales enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Mindtickle, Lessonly, Seismic, or equivalent) Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred), BI tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Power BI), or data visualization platforms Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for revenue teams Experience working with cross-functional teams to optimize tech stack and training effectiveness Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail What makes you stand out Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPIC, Challenger, SPIN) and their impact on enablement Experience working with global revenue teams and supporting enablement programs at scale Understanding of adult learning principles and training effectiveness measurement About Us NinjaOne automates the hardest parts of IT to deliver visibility, security, and control over all endpoints for more than 20,000 customers.
