Your Role This function offers you the chance to work on one of ZEISS' largest key group programs that aims to drive harmonization and standardization of processes and structures that define the way how ZEISS will work for years to come Furthermore, it is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to transition into ZEISS, get to know the company from an instrumental position, while leaving already their individual mark Your tasks include the support of the Business Hub Lead EMEA with the coordination, steering and administration of this global key group program within EMEA, including support on presentations, status-updates and workshop preparations You will act as a liaison between the Business Hub Leads Business & IT, PMOs in other international hubs, the various workstreams as well as external consulting providers that support the program You own your stake to drive the further development of the Hub PMO processes, methods and standards and will have the freedom to also contribute or drive program-related project Your Profile University degree in Business Administration, IT or similar 1-3 years of work experience as well as proven experience of working within a PMO function Knowledge of project management tools and methods Excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with project managers and more senior stakeholders within the organization High motivation to proactively own and drive work packages independently Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills and preferably Jira A plus: having a background in strategy consulting Fluent in German & English, both written and spoken Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Andre Grunzel
