About The Role We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to drive our B2B marketing efforts and accelerate revenue growth. This pivotal role will oversee all marketing functions, aligning closely with sales and product teams to position Sparrow as a leader in the industrial SaaS space. You will have the autonomy to define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, ensuring measurable impact on pipeline and revenue. What You’ll Do Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with Sparrow's business objectives. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and accountability. Demand Generation Design and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and build a strong sales pipeline, leveraging ABM, events, content marketing, performance marketing and digital marketing. Optimize lead acquisition and nurture funnels for maximum efficiency and conversion. Brand & Content Marketing Shape Sparrow’s brand identity and messaging to resonate with enterprise audiences. Create high-quality, impactful content, including white papers, webinars, blog posts, and case studies. Product Marketing Position and message Sparrow’s SaaS platform to appeal to enterprise buyers, simplifying complex technical products. Develop effective sales enablement tools and programs to support the sales team in closing deals. Digital Marketing & Analytics Own Sparrow’s digital marketing channels, with a focus on LinkedIn, Google Ad campaigns, and performance channels, ensuring optimized ROI. Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, leveraging data to guide future decisions. Must-Haves Proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in Enterprise SaaS, with demonstrated success in driving pipeline and revenue growth. Expertise in demand generation through various channels, including ABM and digital marketing. Strong knowledge of content marketing, with a portfolio showcasing impactful materials tailored for enterprise audiences. Strategic thinking with the ability to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (German proficiency is a strong plus). Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams. Nice-to-Haves Background in industrial or technical SaaS marketing.
