- Oversee the full life-cycle of educational offerings for a specific product line, including related procedures and products.
- Manage and operate the training center
- Ensure regional compliance with Healthcare Compliance, legal requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures for blended and virtual training curricula
- Collaborate with the Contract Management Team to contract course faculty (HCP), hospitals (HCO), and partners
- Manage participant enrollment in the Learning Management System and facilitate courses (virtually or in-person)
- Prepare and set up course elements such as lectures, hands-on stations, and live transmissions
- Collect and process data to report according to internal processes and legal requirements, working closely with MSA functions and global PA Governance
- Support regional training needs assessments, prioritization, resource planning, and execution of MSA training strategy
- Assist in the design, governance, and maintenance of innovative training approaches and tools to engage learners
- Align training curricula with global strategic direction, business priorities, and MSA core deliverables
- Serve as a point of contact with Medical & Scientific Affairs to ensure alignment of training strategies with business objectives
- Support the development and implementation of training evaluation processes and performance measures
- Assist in the global/regional training and curriculum budget planning, including forecasting and execution of training plans
- Identify, engage, and audit faculty for educational activities
- Handle invoices and documentation for Professional Education activities, ensuring course organization and budget closure
- Perform other related duties as required
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Required: BA/BS degree in life sciences or related field, Registered Nurse, OR/Endoscopy Unit experience
- Preferred: MBA, MA/MS degree in life sciences or related field
- Clinical and/or product competence in General Surgery and Neurosurgery
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the device/pharmaceutical industry/healthcare, with 2-4 years in training and curriculum development
- Previous experience in a device company with knowledge in Olympus therapeutic areas of interest
- Experience in implementing training curricula, plans, strategies, and global policies
- Experience in training needs assessment, prioritization, resource planning, and execution of training strategies
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, performance improvement, and Learning Management Systems
- Understanding of product development, launch strategies, R&D, clinical landscape, and commercial acumen for cross-functional collaboration
- Strong ability to analyze and synthesize complex data and business information
- Strong consulting, facilitation, and communication skills for international and cross-divisional collaboration
- Attention to detail with the ability to complete assignments independently and on time
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects with overlapping timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in successful partnership and collaboration with key stakeholders and business partners
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams and with diverse cultural backgrounds and learning styles
- Willingness to travel in EMEA required
