Join Rolls-Royce Electrical as an Integrated Master Scheduler and lead critical projects with cutting-edge scheduling and project management techniques, while collaborating with multinational teams and enjoying frequent travel in a dynamic, global environment.
Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.
What you will be doing
With this exciting opportunity you will get a chance to:
1. Develop and manage high-quality schedules integrated into a Master Schedule to meet the project/business plan using analysis and scenarios.
2. Collaborate with project managers to create schedules that encompass all WBS elements using various planning techniques.
3. Facilitate planning to identify integration points, incorporating risk and treatment plans.
4. Communicate IMS status and performance to stakeholders and resolve scheduling conflicts.
5. Lead schedule and cost integration activities to provide status and performance reports to stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will need to:
6. Work with Integrated Master Schedules, Costs, and earned value management methodologies, with strong experience in scheduling.
7. Use OPC as the main tool; experience with P6 (old version of OPC) is also acceptable.
8. Lead large projects with accountability for Quality, Time, Cost, and Performance.
9. Manage all stages of a project lifecycle and deliver one or more of these stages.
10. Demonstrate strong people and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
11. Lead and train all levels in Project/Programme Management competences.
12. Travel frequently to various locations; flexibility is essential.
13. Communicate fluently in English; German is a plus.
