Job Description
About your tasks:
* Lead configuration & implementation: Oversee the setup and maintenance of Workday HCM and Time and Absence modules.
* Collaborate & design: Work with Business Analyst and Product Owner to analyze needs and design effective solutions.
* Testing & deployment: Conduct system testing, support UAT, and manage the rollout of new features.
* Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for configurations and processes.
* Team Coordination: Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors for seamless integration.
Qualifications
About you:
* You worked as a Workday Functional Consultant, especially in HCM and Time Tracking before.
* Deep knowledge of Workday, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.
* Workday certification and familiarity with Jira/Confluence are a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
