As our Senior Revenue Manager, you will join our team during an exciting phase of growth and expansion into new international markets. Your role will be crucial in shaping exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence as we scale our business. You will have an impact on: Developing and executing pricing and revenue strategies to maximize profitability. Driving analytical initiatives to identify trends, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimise revenue performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance and Operations, to align strategies and ensure revenue goals are met. Designing and implementing innovative pricing models, tools, and processes to support data-driven decision-making. Monitoring market conditions and providing actionable recommendations to maintain a competitive edge. Enhancing reporting and visualization tools to ensure clear communication of revenue performance and opportunities to stakeholders. Leading strategic projects to uncover new revenue streams or optimize existing ones. Mentoring and developing junior team members to build a high-performing revenue management team. What you will add to our Crew: At least 3 years experience in revenue management, pricing, or a related analytical field. Strong proficiency in data analysis, forecasting models, and advanced Excel techniques; experience with tools such as SQL, Looker Studio, or Python is a plus. Strategic thinking with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies. Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across all levels of the organization. A growth mindset and a proactive approach to identifying and solving complex business challenges. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
