Systems Analyst (f/m/d) - 1148/2025 Your tasks are: You evaluate incoming change requests, coordinate them, implement them and document them. You control the central change and problem management system and develop it further. You plan and develop national releases including updates for the connection to European data exchange protocols (EESSI - Electronic Exchange of Social Security Information) on the basis of international and national specifications and make them available. You coordinate the group of change managers at member funds. You cooperate with test management and IT service providers. You administer relevant change, release and service management areas in Jira and further develop their customizing. You maintain related internal and external specifications and documentation You participate in topic-related national and international working groups What we expect from you: You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or business administration with a focus on computer science or have equivalent qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. You already have several years of experience in change and release management, ideally with overlaps to other ITIL processes (e.g. service management) You have good knowledge of XML, XSD and XSLT, Jira, Confluence and SVN. You have a very good knowledge of German (language level C2) and a good knowledge of English (at least language level B2) You have practical experience or sound knowledge of electronic data exchange procedures You have basic knowledge of the structures and providers of social security in Germany You have analytical and conceptual thinking skills and a structured way of working. Results-oriented action and independent problem-solving skills are among your strengths. You have a high level of goal and service orientation paired with a strong willingness to cooperate and the ability to communicate actively in German and English.
