In this role, you ensure and coordinate IT Delivery services for all users in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. You are the contact person for all local stakeholders, managing your team of internal staff, contractors, and service providers. This role includes extensive communication with business stakeholders and leading various IT Delivery efforts. Management, organization and further development of IT Delivery services in the organizations of the E3 Region, considering Global IT standards and processes. Ownership and responsibility for the end user experience with IT support and infrastructure in the E3 region. Organization and management of the 2nd level IT support in accordance with the defined IT standards and the agreed service level agreements. Leading the IT Delivery team (mostly 2nd level IT support) in Region E3 (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands). Local contract and provider management for all IT services in E3, incl. coordination and management of external IT service providers, as well as performance and cost monitoring and planning and control of the annual IT budget. Ensuring the proper implementation of global IT projects in accordance with the agreed framework conditions. Coordination and collaboration on IT projects and tasks (incl. change management, end user communication, internal and external team management, and collaboration with other IT Delivery and Global IT teams) Ensuring IT compliance through regular monitoring and correction of IT processes.
