What You'll Be Doing Facility & Perimeter Security Provide physical security and access control for a controlled US facility in the Wiesbaden area. Prevent unauthorized access and deter potential threats like vandalism, sabotage, and espionage. Monitor entry/exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials IAW procedures directed by the G2 SSO and COR. Conduct regular inspections of security posts and ensure all protocols are followed. Emergency & Incident Response Respond to security, fire, or medical emergencies; coordinate with base emergency services when needed. Document and report all security incidents in accordance with policy; notify appropriate parties (SSO, PMO, COR, etc.). Support investigations and after-action reviews by capturing accurate and timely data. Operational Readiness & Communication Show up ready—on time, in uniform, with the right mindset. Participate in 24/7 rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends. Conduct radio checks, shift change briefs, and maintain logs throughout your duty period. Protection, Compliance & Policy Implementation Enforce use-of-force guidelines and remain informed on changes to Rules of Engagement. Secure and maintain alarm systems, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems. Keep access rosters up-to-date and manage key control in coordination with tenant units. Where You'll Work You’ll be part of a critical security team supporting secured U.S. Government facilities in the greater Frankfurt and Wiesbaden area, with various duty locations. Your duty location will be based on mission requirements and personnel availability, and may rotate between facilities. Depending on the location, additional vetting or polygraph requirements may apply. Requirements A bachelor’s degree 1 year of recent specialized experience OR An associate’s degree 3 years of recent specialized experience OR A major security certification 4 years of recent specialized experience OR 8 years of recent, relevant experience in lieu of a degree or certification. Active TS/SCI security clearance is required; CI Polygraph is required for some duty locations. Experience supporting DoD force protection or physical security operations. Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with personnel/security clearance databases. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Current Counter-Intel (CI) polygraph. Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification. Experience with CCTV systems and intrusion detection platforms. Relevant military background, especially in law enforcement or personnel security (PERSEC). Familiarity with emergency response protocols and SOPs in a SCIF environment. Additional Notes Must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and deploy to austere or high-risk areas as needed. This position is contingent on SOFA approval or appropriate work visa authorization. May require travel within EUCOM or AFRICOM AORs, both CONUS and OCONUS. This is a pipeline position—qualified applicants may also be considered for similar roles within ATLAS.
