Account Manager - Seller Experience Location: Berlin (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office, 3 days per week at home) Department: Seller Experience Position type: Full time The Role We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused sales professional to join our Seller Experience Team in Berlin. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong, trust-based relationships and who understands how great communication and service can directly impact sales performance. You’ll play a key role in growing our customer base and strengthening loyalty among existing sellers. By identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and collaborating across teams, you’ll help ensure a seamless and engaging experience at every stage of the customer journey. What you will be doing: ✔️ Drive Customer Engagement & Conversion – Support inbound enquiries and nurture relationships to maximise customer value, boost conversions, and strengthen loyalty. ✔️ Leverage CRM & Optimize Sales Pipelines – Use CRM tools to manage workflows, track pipeline progress, and personalise customer journeys for improved outcomes. ✔️ Collaborate Cross-Functionally for Value Delivery – Work with the Pricing team and internal departments to ensure sellers receive the best value and customer expectations are met. ✔️ Track Performance & Share Insights – Take ownership of KPIs, report regularly on performance, and deliver customer insights to support data-led decision making. ✔️ Spot Market Trends & Stay Competitive – Monitor customer feedback and competitor activity to identify emerging trends and adapt strategies to maintain our edge. ✔️ Support Senior Initiatives & Team Success – Contribute to broader team goals by supporting senior account managers and leadership on projects and strategic initiatives. What we are looking for: ✅ Communication Skills – Proficiency in both Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills across email, phone, and presentations. ✅ Support & Sales Experience – Background in B2C and/or B2B sales and support roles would be beneficial but a proven ability to build relationships, negotiate confidently, and drive commercial results would be a must. ✅ CRM & Pipeline Knowledge – Hands-on experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines to streamline processes and optimise customer journeys. ✅ Analytical & Insight-Driven Thinking – Competence in interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data to support smarter decision-making and improve performance. ✅ Independent & Team-Oriented – A proactive, self-starter who takes initiative, while thriving in a collaborative environment. ✅ Commercially Savvy & Customer-Centric – Strong commercial awareness and a keen understanding of how to deliver value to both the customer and the business.
