Who will you be joining?
Learning & Skills Management drives strategic workforce planning and skill and capability development across the Allianz Group in alignment with Allianz strategy and priorities and the needs of Allianz OEs. It unites global learning, functional Ops & IT and Life & Health academies, and the learning units for Allianz Germany and Allianz SE alongside strategic workforce planning.
Workforce Transformation & Learning Strategy drives global learning, strategic workforce planning, skill management, learning projects, upskilling, and more.
As a working student, you will:
* Support of development, execution, and evaluation of learning strategies that align with Allianz's business objectives.
* Support our quantitative data analytics work streams.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective learning interventions that drive workforce transformation, employee development, and organizational growth.
How can you make an impact?
* Data Gathering & Consolidation: Collect and consolidate data from our entities around the globe, making it ready to answer strategic questions about learning strategies and workforce transformation
* Data analysis: Support our team in data analysis to forecast workforce supply, demand and gaps globally, leading to specific and adequate development actions and strategies for a future-proof workforce
* Research & benchmarking: Support the team with research and benchmarking on learning and workforce transformation best practices
* Communication & communication: Support the team in communicating and collaborating with our stakeholders worldwide
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
* Psychological, statistical or numerical study background
* High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint mandatory; PowerBI, power query and experience with AI tools
* Fluency in English required; German a plus
* We can only consider your application if you provide the following documents:

* Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative analysis skills and attention to detail.
* Tech Savvy: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, PowerQuery, AI tools).
* Passionate for learning and development
