Mitarbeiter IT Support 2nd Level Onsite (m/w/d)

In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support, ensuring our users have a seamless IT experience.
What you'll do:
* Act as the go-to person for all technical inquiries and issues, resolving them creatively and efficiently.
* Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
* Handle hardware and software installations, network configurations, and actively participate in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands & eyes support).
* Analyze and document system and application errors, ensuring timely resolution.
What you'll need:
* Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or at least 2 years of experience in IT support.
* Strong software and hardware knowledge in Second Level Support, particularly within the Microsoft environment.
* Experience working with ticketing systems.
* Excellent communication skills in fluent German (C1) and good English language proficiency for daily use.
