The Opportunity This position works out of our Tlalpan location in the Division Abbott Rapid Diagnostics (ARDx). As the Sales Administration Analyst, you?ll have the chance to be as an administrative communication liaison between the field Sales team and internal/external stakeholders for NOLA market. Internal stakeholders include contracts, marketing, technical support, quality, finance, customer service and logistics. External stakeholders may include customer integration, event coordination and support order management. In addition to supporting the sales team and internal processes. What You?ll Do Analyze sales performance by customer segmentation and product line, comparing with executive performance and sales forecasts. Ensure Order Management invoicing and returns are up to date. Sales Administration maintains customer segmentation and aligns operations and commercial teams based on customer profiles, defining deliverables and demonstrating sales results regularly. Liaise and facilitate the business relationship between customer, distributions, finance, quality and operations to execute Order to Delivery business processes: Customer Set-up: Request new customer registrations or changes, interact with customers and distributors, and follow up until completion. Product Set-up: Request product creation in the system and follow up until available for import and selling. Price: ? ? - Control price approval process and maintain approval records. Request price updates in the system and minimize gaps from commercial negotiations. Confirm, approve, or reject price discrepancies to avoid impacts on order management lead time. Contracts Management: ? Manage Master Service Agreements with distributors, customers, and vendors, facilitating negotiations and formalizations with Abbott Legal and internal stakeholders, identifying key risks, and ensuring concerns are addressed in the agreements. Assure the prices and conditions on the Master Service Agreements or annexes are updated and valid along the time. Maintain the Master Service Agreement and its annexes records as evidences of the process. As part of contract management, the Sales Administration role should control the Equipment Assets and formalization with customers. For that task is included: Formalize new asset requests to Finance, manage lending, demonstration, and rental transactions with Supply Chain, and ensure contracts and annexes are updated and traceable. Maintain process evidence and records according to the Assets Install Base Free of Charges: Manage Free of Charge approvals, ensuring proper finance and leader ship records and follow up on approvals and Order Management lead times to meet business needs. Provide on period basis results of Free of Charge campaigns, such as: validation demonstration, MSE fulfillment, etc. Delivery Schedule: Some customers requires to setup a delivery day and time as part of their procedures. Mostly these are pharmacy chains or large laboratory groups. The Sales Administration should interact with customer and operation to align the proper delivery plan. FEFO (First Expire/Firs Out): Establish a process to approve exceptions for providing products with higher expiration dates than the first available, requiring approval from the commercial leader and business finance member. Maintain evidence of the approval process before delivery. Communication & Administrative Support: Lead the internal and external communication actions in support to the commercial business. External communication applies when is necessary to inform customer and distributors about new product releases, rebranding or discontinuation. Also, related to any strategy communication from business perspective. Internal Communication is associated to transmit to supporting area interesting information of commercial business and changes in its organization. Provide administrative support for commercial transactions, including sharing certificates (e.g., Good Manufacturing, Free Sales, Temperature Control) and handling freight quotations for international customers with CIP processes. Vendor Set-up and Purchase Orders: Negotiate MSA renewals with key vendors, maintain MSA/SOW, track expenses, and liaise with the One-Procurement Team for Global Procurement Agreements. Ensure documentation meets legal and compliance standards and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards and compliance in the SOW process. Required Qualifications Bachelor?s in Administration, Economics, Marketing or related areas. Minimum with 4 years of work experience in the function or supporting commercial areas. Experience with MS tools, Power BI (20%), CRM and ERP (preferable SAP 70%). Analytical profile but with good relationship skills to navigate in different areas. English Advanced is mandatory 70%.
