Description Position at Logitech The Role: Reporting to the Head of Online Europe, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing the sales & partnership between Logitech and Etail account including Amazon in DACH to increase revenues & In House Shares, improve profitability, and manage all aspects related to the commercial relationship. You will work closely with the Cluster DACH Lead, European Online Category Managers, support fonctions, including Amazon operation to coordinate all the cross brand & category initiatives. You will build the cluster sales plan to support markets & categories to execute quarterly and yearly plans. In this role you will: Be accountable for the sales performance (DCS/SO), growth to net investment and the commercial relationship in DACH with all Online accounts. Manage 5 people within the Online DACH team (KAM & Customer marketing) Work with the DACH Cluster Lead, retail & B2B teams, Marketing & category DACH team to optimize the execution across all channels & categories Collaborate with the European Online team and ensure your teams execute the business plan and strategic initiatives. Be responsible for yearly agreements negotiation & execution. Achieve assigned targets (revenue, profitability, forecast accuracy, and financial planning) in collaboration with Category Managers and Cluster DACH lead. Develop the business by playing a lead role in executing on business development opportunities Identifying new revenue opportunities (ie E-B2B). Coordinate with supply the forecast including big event like Black Friday Drive and coordinate all big events at Amazon (product selection, quantities / forecast,). Implement sales quarterly key metrics and execute plans. Coordinate and support implementation of EU partnerships to dev cross merchandising Share, with the support of Category Managers, best practices. Support claim and finance teams to monitor and resolve disputes Work and validate customer commercial needs on an ongoing basis Be a Brand Ambassador Your Skills: For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team: Extensive experience with consumer electronics or FMCG in multi-channel / multi category business Solid background in account management of large etail accounts or worked in large etailers and management of cross multi functional teams Having already worked for or with Amazon is mandatory Structured, highly driven and solution oriented with ability to build strategic relationships. Ability to work in multi functional matrix organizations Fluent in German & English / French is a plus. Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
