1. Consults business for their day-to-day operations considering IT guidelines and provides 2nd level support for Enterprise Applications used in Realization Process / E2E Process Order to Cash
2. Local contact for all Enterprise Application topics used in Realization Process
3. Evaluate, implement and test technical solutions
4. Configure and customize Enterprise Applications
5. Provides 2nd level support
6. Coordinate 3rd level support
Your profile
7. Multiple years practical professional experience with ERP systems in international environment
8. Basic Know How in ERP Systems and Logistic Applications
9. Basic Know How in Realization Processes
10. English and German proficiency if located in Germany, English proficiency if located outside of Germany
