YOUR MISSION Drive the merchandising strategy and deliver category assortment direction for the DTC business. Continuously manage and maintain all seasonal tools and assortments, including developing and maintaining key relationships among cross-functional teammates ensuring alignment and collaboration at all key milestones. In addition, you will analyze data and insights to support the business throughout the product calendar. Partner with market sales and merchandising teams to provide marketplace/product (qualitative and quantitative) insights to Business Unit teams to ensure a relevant global offering that fulfills marketplace product needs Lead and facilitate key Merchandising and Go-To-Market milestones and handle all the deliverables according to the GTM process Develop seasonal Merchandising Plans for sustainable category growth and an optimized, consumer-centered global product offering Ensure seasonal range plans support financial targets and align with the Business Units’ strategic direction in partnership with GTM Operations. Manage and set accurate forecasting processes within deadlines and targets Monitor in-season product performance in the regions Read and react to in-season analytics/insights and identify opportunities to adapt current business and inform future assortments, merchandising strategies, and strategic initiatives. YOUR TALENT Passion for sports and fashion College/University degree with a focus on Business/Merchandising Previous experience in a Go-To-Market, merchandising and/or planning role Dynamic teammate who embraces change, is comfortable with ambiguity, and always looks for ways to improve self & business Aptitude for data and analysis – including data capture, reporting, analysis and practical application Strong verbal & written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations – English fluent Curiosity and comfort with independently seeking out information needed to make decisions and meet goals Ability to manage multiple deadlines at once, across a variety of stakeholders Ability to influence, motivate, lead and negotiate across a diverse set of stakeholders Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, PPT, Power BI) and ability to quickly learn new software applications The position is limited to 12 months.
