Implementing Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) and Strategic channel / customer management (SCM) across all our PNE Sales channels will ensure that we are balancing our W1N EU Ambition for accelerated growth with profitable foundations and clear SRA choices. In the role of the International Accounts and SRM Business Partner you will be the key finance lead to a number of initiatives working very closely with the regional SRM team, LAR director and the local MS&D and SRM teams as well. As part of the Regional Demand Finance Team, you can be based in any regional European Pet Nutrition location. What are we looking for? University degree in Finance or Business Economics or equivalent qualification Several years of experience n Demand / Dales or SRM co-piloting roles with good financial background and understanding of business shape drivers and broad commercial landscape Strong data analytics skills Ability to Influence senior leaders, customer focus and dealing with ambiguity Profound knowledge of Business English in Writing and Speaking What will be your key responsibilities? Co-leading the analysis of cross border pricing exposures, including quantification of exposures, definition of product / brand pricing corridors, targets and floors for existing and future portfolio Developing mitigation plans to reduce and / or eliminate cross border pricing risk aligning net prices across key markets & customers in line with agreed targets Co-creating an European Customer Pricing Strategy mid- and long term to deliver on our SRM business case for PNE as part of our IVCP commitments in collaboration with the European CCO, SRM director and European Pricing lead Working with the regional SRM team and MS&D Directors to develop rolling 3 year pricing plans including Y1 NPI steer for the region and support the development of all activities and recommendations to deliver them, with particular focus on Regional Portfolio team and balancing this with the right PPA strategy and plans Co-leading on trade margin harmonization and creating the right SRA guardrails on discretionary spend guidance to the right archetype model Finance leading on LAR specific workstreams working closely with the LAR director developing reporting capabilities for the discounter channel and mapping the different business cases and scenario planning to drive the growth of the channel with focus on top priority customers Balancing and bringing to visibility all trade-offs of the above responsibilities in a coherent value creation equation for PNE Continually developing, with business owners & global team the digital tools on pricing process and technical solutions Qualifications Balances Stakeholders; Drives Vision and Purpose; Communicates Effectively; Customer Focus; Optimizes Work Processes; Financial Acumen; Manages Complexity; Strategic Mindset Req ID R123424
