We are looking for a Marketing Lead (m/f/d) Europe based in every HUB possible across Europe.
About the role
The Marketing Lead Europe is accountable for all Hiddradentis Suppurativa (HS) marketing solutions (projects and activities) developed and performed at EU level. In this role, you will demonstrate strong business understanding and dynamics required in the fast-growing / fast-changing specialty pharmaceutical environment. You will develop and maintain effective external and internal relationships to secure patient value and successful launch programs across the diverse European landscape.
Who you´ll work with
You will be supporting European markets with the implementation of HS product launch and customer engagement strategy. Aligning closely with peer marketing colleagues on derm portfolio principles and guidance for co-promotion and providing direction for HS omnichannel communication strategy within region.
What you´ll do
* Adopt the global BKZ strategy and initiatives and develop into European context for regional and local solutions as well as develop regional initiatives for EU areas implementation complementary to global strategy.
* Identify key insights incl. benchmarking and competitive intelligence from EU Areas to establish EU market needs for the success of our product in HS
* Ensure that all colleagues and members of the EU organization incl. markets are prepared and guided on the product scientific data, marketing objectives, strategy and positioning to meet the product launch needs.
* Foster and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, to provide understanding how to inform and evolve the dermatology strategy
* Be an active participant in the EU teams in deciding on prioritization of activities according to available resources in line with relevant business strategies and plans; align resource needs within EU Regional organization
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills:
* Bachelor´s degree and 5 to 8 years of healthcare related sales, marketing, market access or field medical experience in pharma industry
* Relevant working experience in specialty pharmaceuticals/ biologics pharma industry at either European or multi-country level and experience in project management
* Leadership experience, direct/indirect min 5 years
* Extensive experience in up-to-date Dermatology marketing and strong technical expertise across the development and commercialization spectrum and proven launch achievements
* Omnichannel/digital marketing experience
* Experience from rare or evolving specialty diseases is an extra merit
