Technical Skills (Required)
* Experience supporting Microsoft systems (Windows 10, 11) in IT Infrastructure function
* Support System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune administration and engineering, collection and query creation and management; application and package creation and deployment; content distribution, management and troubleshooting, and custom report creation.
* Use SCCM and Intune software update groups to keep Windows workstations and servers patched to correct levels.
* Expert knowledge of SCCM and Intune to include device enrollment, policy management, application deployment, compliance enforcement, and conditional access
* BitLocker Encryption through Intune
* A solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and other network fundamentals
* Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Patch management, DHCP and DNS
* Hands-on experience in ITSM-ServiceNow
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
* Experience in Scripting languages like PowerShell

Area of Responsibilities
* Handle incidents and resolve within SLA
* Act as a SME in Intune, SCCM client troubleshooting, windows client patch deployment and remediation
* Be part of a team that operates aligned to global time i.e. 24x7
* Involve in problem management sessions
* Contribute to changes regarding OS, windows client patching
* Coordinate with other teams for incident resolution and project implementations
* Participate in daily and weekly calls
* Monitor the status of incidents and changes using internal tools
* Collaborate with customers in case of new OS releases, testing/UAT from other sites
* Work with shift leads to excel in operations
* Coordinate with 3rd party vendors/contractors on IT system upgrades, break-fix, and new installations
* Implement service improvements and participate in transformation initiatives
* Use PowerShell scripts for automating daily tasks
* Monitor SCCM environment across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM
* Read and understand various SCCM logs as per the issues
