Within theMastercard Advisors & Consulting Services organization,Marketing Services, places Mastercard in the heart of ourcustomer’s b2b and b2b2c marketing strategies. This roleis responsible for delivering Marketing Services projects inGermany. The role includes:
Take over accountresponsibility for large, strategically important clients and drivethe joint conception and execution of campaigns;
Deliver exceptional digital marketing projects with the driven bydata analytics to ensure measurable business impact ofcampaigns;
Support successful sales of digitalmarketing projects through Mastercard’s sales teams.

Role
Key accountabilities include, butare not limited to:
Support the implementation ofMarketing Services strategy in Germany;
Leadconversation with Clients at Senior level;
Create andexecute Marketing Services projects delivery with a focus onfinancial performance and impact;
Implement digitalmarketing solutions including data driven digital campaigns,marketing automation, card lifecycle management initiativesdesigned to address a wide range of business needs and customerchallenges as acquisition, launch, activation, usage, cross and upselling, retention and loyalty;
Achieve operationalprojects execution within agreed project milestones andbudget;
Work with external marketing related partnerswith effective platforms, capabilities, expertise and innovativesolutions that best support the growth of our business;
Manage creative development, media planning and executionguarantying high standards of quality and coherence versus clientneeds;
Apply best practices across countries;
Influence colleagues and clients on the added value ofMarketing Services projects to support the sales of digitalmarketing projects.
SpecificRequirements:
Years of experience : 10+;
Integrated marketing knowledge with key focus in digitalmarketing planning and data-driven implementation;
Proven track record in the management of large clientaccounts:
Ability to lead, assess and drive digitalmarketing solutions with clients;
Ability to strive ina matrix organization and structure;
Excellentcommunication and presentation skills;
Proven trackrecord to drive digital agenda, ideate and manage digitalinitiatives that are scalable and multi-faceted;
Demonstrated track record of planning, managing and rolling outhighly; complex and competitive integrated and digital marketinginitiatives;
Ability to manage multiple internal andexternal stakeholders;
Ideally proven track record inthe financial services or payment industry;
Relevantmarketing masters ’s degree required.
Languages: Fluentin German and English are required.
