The basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship.
This position must be filled from August 2024 or later for a period of at least 6 months.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting various projects within the context of strategic people and culture initiative, such as employee empowerment and talent attraction
2. Participating in talent management projects and assuming independent tasks
3. Supporting the creation of interactive formats for exchange between employees and top management across Region Europe such as Live Chats, Cross Talks, Panel Discussions
4. Coordinating activities around Talent Management Processes, e.g., annual evaluation of personnel development data
5. Preparing of decision-proposals and communicating materials, e.g., presentations, analysis and assessments
6. Receiving insights into content creation and supporting maintenance the intranet pages for internal communications
7. Assisting in the organization of events and team workshops
8. Working closely with colleagues from across the Region Europe
Your Qualifications
9. Student in the field of economics and social sciences or a related field of study with a focus on human resources
10. Competent handling of MS-Office applications
11. Advanced English skills
12. Capacity to “think outside the box”, commitment and flexibility
13. Independent, responsible and customer-oriented way of working
14. Strong communication and collaborative skills as well as organizational talent
