YOUR ROLE This position is office-based (hybrid) in Munich. As a UI/UX Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the remberg software by creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs that simplify complex processes for our customers. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop a deep understanding of our market, customer personas, their problems, and jobs-to-be-done. Collaborate with the product team to design and communicate experiences for new functionalities. Conduct user research to gain insights about our customers and translate findings into journeys and mockups. Create clickable high-fidelity mockups, UX flows, information architectures, and wireframes using Figma. Conduct user tests with tools like Useberry or Maze to validate product ideas and designs, deriving actionable improvements. Continuously improve our design system by creating scalable components and collaborating with the development team. Use state-of-the-art discovery and design methods to make our competitors look outdated. Design based on Leonardo Da Vinci's principle, “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication,” to make even the most complex business processes intuitive and user-friendly. YOUR PROFILE You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have proven in a similar role that you can work independently, data-driven, reliably, and in a structured manner. 3 years of experience in UI/UX/Product Design or a comparable role. Proficiency in Figma or similar UI/UX/Product Design tools. A portfolio that showcases your visual and interactive design expertise. Experience working with user personas, usability metrics, and creating intuitive visual information architectures. Ideally, experience designing information architectures for complex software systems. Strong communication and empathy skills for working with internal stakeholders (engineering, product management, customer success) and customers. Fluency in German (C2) for customer communication and good English skills (C1). A degree in Design (Human Interaction, User Experience, Graphic, Product, Industrial, etc.), HCI, Media Informatics, or a related field. Willingness to relocate to Munich.
