Tasks: Establish reporting on actual benefits: Introduce a framework for tracking and reporting on the actual benefits of projects on a monthly basis Improve one-page status reports: Improve existing status reports to provide insight into the progress of individual projects and programs Implementation of automated Gantt charts: Creating automated Gantt charts to visually represent project schedules and milestones Simplifying the project type: Reducing the complexity of the currently implemented project type to a simple project, with the option to migrate projects from simple to complex type during the project lifetime Integration of workstream details: Inclusion of detailed information about different workstreams within projects for better management of tasks and responsibilities Customization of activity status formulas: Revision of existing formulas to accurately indicate the status of individual activities Integration with PowerPoint: Integration of the status report from the tool into Microsoft PowerPoint for real-time presentations of project and program status reports Integration with MS Planner: Merging the activity responsibilities listed in the tool into Microsoft Planner to streamline task management and improve collaboration Establish integration with ERP: Develop an interface to the ERP system to synchronize wbs/psp elements used for planned and actual one-time costs associated with the project Establish versioning of status reports: Create a versioning system for status reports to maintain a historical record of project progress Hiding buttons on the standard MS Powerplaft form: Removing the visibility of some buttons on the standard MS Powerplatform Refining the current landing page: Improving the current landing page by adding some user specific tasks, milestones, etc. Checking integration with BI Active Directory: Investigating the possibilities for integration with the BI Active Directory Refining notification workflows: Investigate options to refine existing or implement new notification workflows Requirements: Practical knowledge of programming and optimizing a portfolio and project management (PPM) tool Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and MS Planner Excellent communication skills, especially with stakeholders Experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage Written and spoken English (German language skills are not required)
