What You Will Do
* You'll be the mastermind behind developing new and healthy products that align with our eco-conscious vision. From brainstorming ideas to coordinating with suppliers and designing food packaging, you'll oversee the entire product development process.
* Keeping a finger on the pulse of the market is crucial. You'll conduct marketresearch, identify consumer trends, and assess competitors to ensure we stayahead of the game. Your insights will drive productenhancements and newproduct opportunities.
* You'll be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, fromconception to launch. This includes defining project timelines, allocatingresources, and ensuring everything stays within budget. You'llbe the go-toperson for keeping all stakeholders informed and projects on track.
* You'll work closely with cross-functional teams such as design, marketing, andoperations to bring products to life.
* Understanding our customers is vital. You'll gather and analyse customerfeedback, conduct surveys, and monitor customer satisfaction to continuallyimprove our products and meet their evolving needs.
What You Come With
* You have a proven track record in product management or a related field, within food and/or health industry.
* You are genuinely passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact. You're excited to work for a company that shares your values and is committed to environmental responsibility.
* You thrive on thinking outside the box and love coming up with fresh, innovative ideas. You're not afraid to challenge the status quo and explore new avenues.
* You have a keen eye for data and know how to turn numbers into actionable insights. You're comfortable analysing market trends, consumer behaviour, and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
* You possess excellent communicator and strong interpersonal skills. You canclearly articulate ideas, collaborate effectively with team members, and buildstrong relationships with stakeholders.
* You are fluent in English. German would be a plus.
