Tasks
* Develop, evolve, implement, and maintain the company’s information security program, including policies, standards, and procedures.
* Manage IT security projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and adherence to quality and cost targets.
* Provide expert security guidance to management and teams, supporting informed decision-making.
* Collaborate with Corporate IT to implement and maintain security controls and measures.
* Conduct regular risk assessments and IT audits to identify vulnerabilities and evaluate existing controls.
* Stay updated on emerging security threats and trends, implementing necessary countermeasures.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of information security standards and best practices.
* Experiences in project management as well as with project management tools and methodologies.
* Deep knowledge of IT security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, BSI-KritisV, TISAX).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* A high proficiency in written and spoken English is a must, knowledge of German is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a truly multinational team, distributed over the globe.
